It was a pleasure to meet you today when I collected my LP12 after the cirkus upgrade and new cartridge. Many thanks for all the hard work you've put into my deck over the last few weeks, your attention to detail is second to none. I was blown away by the acoustic improvement to my system after getting the deck home and plugging in. The changes are simply stunning, records are somehow different, more detailed and the sound is tighter with more content (you've probably heard all this before, but it makes a big difference to me).

I'm a Sound Organisation convert and I'll be back soon for a speaker upgrade.

It was great to see you both last week - thanks for making me feel so welcome. Great to meet Bob, too, after talking on the phone.

David - the LP12 travelled back with no issues whatsoever and, to my relief, we had packed all the parts. The arm board sits perfectly level here, so I'm at a loss to explain why it didn't in your jig - unless it was the journey down. I'm very impressed with what the t-kable does - it looks like I've just got a whole new record collection; let's see how much longer this arkiv lasts now...

Dear Hamish, David and your engineering staff,

After spending one of the most exciting and uplifting Sunday afternoon/evening music sessions at home with my wonderful new Linn equipment, I just had to write a quick message of thanks for upgrading my amplifier and repairing the CD player. The sound quality and information presence is astounding; right up to the highest realistic volume levels. I never thought that there would be such an improvement.

Many thanks again for being so helpful and understanding, and for making the whole thing such a pleasurable experience.

Even though I will never be your biggest customer by far, you are the only supplier of my sound equipment from now on and I hope I can visit soon to invest in some new speakers, hurry up Christmas.
