Linn 'Future of Music' Evening - Thursday, 26th February

On Thursday, 26th February we are planning to hold a Linn Digital Streamer Musical Evening here at the shop. We would like to invite you and a friend or partner to come along.

We will be joined on the evening by George Clegg, Linn's redoubtable man in the North who will be Master of Ceremonies for the event.

George has had considerable experience of the Linn system and will, no doubt, be able to guide us all through the many combinations of set up available for the DS system.

The Majik, Akurate or Klimax DS can be added as an additional source to any HiFi system no matter who makes it. Just plug the DS to your existing amplifier and it becomes another source to choose together with your turntable, tuner, cd player etc.

All Linn DS Players play the highest quality and most widely used open audio formats, including WAV, AIFF, FLAC, Apple Lossless & MP3 Files. Your music collection, CD and downloads, are stored remotely on a secure, reliable and upgradeable networked hard drive array, from which it can be quickly and easily accessed and controlled. Either through a iPod Touch & iPhone, for which programs are now available, IR handset, PC, Mac, Laptop etc.
We have now had many months to learn and acclimatise ourselves with this new source medium, and any purchase of a DS will get the shops full support in the home setup.

Our evening starts here at the shop at 7.00 pm and we aim to finish around 10pm. A glass of wine or soft drink will be offered as refreshment during the evening. If you would like to attend then please give us a ring or email us so that we can be sure to hold you and your friend a place.
