It's been eight years since Linn became the first company in the hifi industry to stop producing CD players and latterly Preamplifiers and they now plan to end service support for both of them - and that now includes products with CD/DVD transports.
So to assist and reward customers who already own any of these products, Linn are this summer offering:
THE GREAT EXCHANGE
The offer extends to all those who own a: Mimik, Genki, Karik, Ikemi, Majik CD, Akurate CD, any Unidisk, Kolektor, Wakonda, Kairn, Majik, Akurate & Klimax Kontrols, together with the all-in-one Classik Music & Classik Movie systems, and we’re writing to you now as we have it on record that you purchased one of the above from us in the past.
Simply by exchanging any one of the these products customers are offered a fixed price against a range of new Linn products. This is for a limited time only, the offer starts on Monday 3rd July and extends to Thursday 31st August 2017.
£500 against any MAJIK Streamer, Amplifier or Exaktbox.
£1000 against any AKURATE Streamer, Amplifier or Exaktbox. 520 & 530 Series, Akudorik & Akubarik Exakt Loudspeakers.
£2000 against any KLIMAX Streamer, Amplifier, Exaktbox or 350 Loudspeakers.
(Offer excludes the Exakt Variant of the Klimax and Akurate DSM, Majik Loudspeakers and Majik Exaktbox Sub).
So, for example a Linn Majik DS costs £1,990. Part exchanging a Linn Mimik gives a credit of £500 - so a balance is then due of £1,490.
For those who decide they want to go ahead and would like some financial options, then we offer a "Buy Now, Pay Later" scheme through Hitachi Finance to help support the balance.
