Linn are delighted to announce an exciting upgrade that has just become available to their Akubarik loudspeakers - their flagship Organik DAC. Linn first debuted their next-generation Organik DAC architecture in 2021 with the release of their new style Klimax DSM. Since then it has become available to older Klimax DSM models, Selekt DSM and their flagship 360 and 350 Exakt speakers.
Organik is Linn’s first Digital-to-Analogue Converter and is the heart of any digital source component, it’s completely designed and manufactured in-house in their Glasgow factory. The design is novel and groundbreaking and has been creating waves and superlative reviews within the HiFi world.

To demonstrate the benefits of upgrading to Organik, we’re upgrading our demonstration Akubarik speakers and welcome you to come visit us to hear the difference yourself.
To upgrade your Akubarik Exakt speakers to Organik we would arrange a suitable date to remove and send the rear amplification modules back to Linn, leaving the speakers themselves with you. Linn will then upgrade your modules to the latest Organik DACs, which should only take a week or so, and we will return to re-fit them to your speakers. We’ll also optimise your system so it’s sounding at its very best. Please contact us for prices and any further details.
If you wish, we can install our demonstration Katalyst modules in your speakers so you don’t have to go without music while yours are being upgraded.
If you have the older Akubarik Aktiv (non-Exakt) speakers you can bring them fully up to date by upgrading to Organik Exakt - we gather these modules are in limited supply - details on request.
